Procurement Services
- Procurement staff comprises of 8-10 purchasing agents with each having at least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
- Staff locates reliable facilities for a long-term supply relationship with customers.
- Staff completes manufacturer overview and evaluation reports on manufacturers.
- Each purchasing agent is required to complete 4 manufacturer on-site visits per month.
Import/Export Services
- PHT International has eliminated unnecessary costs by creating its own import/export license subsidiary company, PHT Ningbo International Trading Company.
- An import/export license allows PHT International to represent manufacturers that otherwise could not export out of China.
Logistics Services
- Logistics staff coordinates the arrangement of all shipments and ensures all shipments meet the customer’s specifications.
- Staff tracks shipments to ensure timely deliveries and works to facilitate customs clearance.
- Staff manages warehousing requirements and negotiates freight rates.
- Staff assists with regulatory work by managing C-TPAT for the company and coordinating with quality assurance staff on REACH registration.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
- Quality Assurance staff regularly audits our manufacturing partners, considering HSE concerns as well as quality production practices.
- Staff works with facilities to implement quality improvement plans from the Quality Assurance’s internal audit team as well as requirements from customers.
- Staff works closely with our Business Development Team and Research and Development Center to ensure proper practices and quality products are delivered.
