Li HongLi Hong Yu

Li Hong is PHT International’s President and Founder. Originally from Ningbo, China, Li Hong received her Bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and American Culture & Society from Beijing Foreign Languages University. Li Hong spent several years at Sinochem as a sales manager before she established her own chemical trading business. In 1993, PHT International began its journey.

Senior Management Team

Jay T. Shahani – Chief Technical Officer

Jay oversees the Project and Research & Development teams, as well as PHT’s manufacturing ventures. He brings to PHT, over 30 years of manufacturing and business operation experience.

J. Michael Rigsbee – Chief Financial Officer

Mike manages the financial department and oversees operations at PHT. He has spent over 20 years in various accounting positions and as CFO, before arriving at PHT.

Mark H. Witterholt – Vice President of Strategic Sales

Mark directs all efforts related to custom manufacturing and products originating from a partner facility. His primary role is to assess the clients’ custom manufacturing requirements, as well as unique sourcing opportunities. Mark comes to PHT with over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry with multi-national companies.

Linda T. Arntzen – Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Linda oversees the sales and marketing efforts, with a primary focus on readily-available products. She has been with PHT for over 12 years, first in customer service and logistics coordination, and has been in a sales role for over 10 years.
